2.1. Data collected through the Service

The Company collects only the personal data that the user voluntarily provides by filling out the contact form through the site.

Among the data voluntarily provided by the user through the use of the Service, personal data such as the following may be acquired:

2.2 Data collected through the Site

For browsing the “public” part of the Site (i.e., that freely accessible by every user), no provision of personal data by the user is required.

Following mere navigation in the publicly accessible pages of the Site, some navigation data may in any case be automatically collected, including:

• IP addresses;

• URI – Uniform Resource Identifier – addresses of the requested resources;

• time and method used to make requests to the server;

• numeric code about the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.);

The navigation data relate to the user’s operating system and IT environment, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

The Company uses a third-party tool (Google Analytics) for exclusively statistical and marketing purposes. However, the data is managed in a completely anonymized form. Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, by its nature it could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing.

This site also incorporates plugins and/or buttons for social networks, to allow easy sharing of content on your favorite social networks. These plugins do not set a cookie, but if it is already present on the visitor’s computer, they can read it and use it according to its settings. 3. Purpose of processing and legal basis

The Company processes the personal data that the user has provided through the Site exclusively in connection with the use of the Site itself.

In particular, the user’s personal data may be used to communicate with the Company specifically for:

sending information about Services offered by Macropix (such as news, events etc.), updates on Site functionalities via email, and sending information about the Service (news, events, newsletter) and updates on Site functionalities, for example, via email or mail: this feature will only be activated if the user gives their explicit consent.

Legal basis: The purposes listed above are subject to the user’s consent.

The Company will not use the data provided for purposes other than those listed above, to which the interested user has adhered, and only within the limits indicated from time to time in any further specific information accompanying the different, specific service possibly requested by the user.

The Company will retain user information for the terms required by current legislation and, in any case, for as long as necessary to provide the requested services, which corresponds to 10 years.

After this period, the user’s data will be permanently deleted (except for legal obligations).

The transfer, storage, and processing of user data collected through the Site are ensured through appropriate technical measures.

6. Transfer of data to third parties
